Team & Group Coaching  | Live Summer Intensive 

This advanced certification program is designed for experienced coaches seeking to elevate their skills in team and group coaching. Combining theory, practice, and reflection, the course equips you to support teams on their journey to becoming high-value creating teams. You'll gain practical tools to unlock team potential and navigate complex challenges.

Duration: 60 hours (includes live in person sessions, online reflection, practical exercises, and demonstrations).

Format: 35 hours in class, 5 hours of online Supervision (3 sessions), 20 hours asynchronous, combining live, online learning via Zoom with pre-work, post-work, and fieldwork.

Certification: 60 hours of ICF Approved Specific Coach Training Hours (ASCTH) -

Class Size: Limited to 12-20 participants for an engaging and supportive experience.
