About Mentor Coaching

Group Sessions
‍This is where the magic happens. Four live sessions with your cohort, where you’ll coach, be coached, and watch coaching in action. We’ll break down the ICF Core Competencies, explore their nuances, and see what happens when they come alive in practice. It’s a space for connection, growth, and plenty of “ah-ha” moments.
‍One-to-One Mentor Coaching
‍Three personalized sessions with an ICF-accredited mentor coach. This is your space to get real, honest feedback—verbal and written—on your coaching. We’ll focus on what you’re doing well, where you can grow, and how to bring it all together with more confidence and ease. At least two sessions will include an observed coaching experience where your mentor coach will give you actionable insights to take your practice further.
